One dashboard for orders from 3 delivery platforms, each in its own format.

The problem
A business receiving orders from several delivery platforms had to deal with each one separately. Every platform sends orders in a different shape, so there was no single view of all orders.
What I built
- Laravel API endpoints that take orders from each platform and convert them into one unified format.
- The dashboard reads that one format, whatever the order’s source.
- I also contributed to the Flutter app for managing orders and logistics.
The hard part
The hardest part wasn’t the main flow. It was the number of different scenarios each platform’s orders can arrive in. Each one had to be handled so the dashboard would keep working.
